FAQ
Can I extend the session on the day of?
Due to the scheduling time frame allowed for each session, we require at least 24 hours notice to add more time. We try very hard to accommodate all our client's needs and strive to make your session as easy and stress free as possible.
Do I have to order prints through you?
While it is not required to order prints through us, it is extremely recommended. Our software is calibrated only with our professional photo lab and that is how we can guarantee the look and quality of your printed images. If you choose to print your images through another photo lab we can not fix, change, edit or guarantee the looks of those prints.
Can I bring a friend and/or relative to the session who isn't participating in the pictures?
We strongly recommend only bring the people participating in the pictures to the session as it can sometimes be a distraction to the subjects as we are trying to make sure we can capture the best moments for you. However, we understand that with little ones some extra help is needed from time to time and we will certainly accommodate for that.
